How are unicycles shipped, what
is the transit time, and what is the cost?
All domestic cycle orders are shipped by UPS Ground. We prefer
UPS because they assign a tracking number to each package, making
it easy to locate the package at any time. Alaska, Hawaii, and international
orders are usually shipped by the US Postal Service unless other requests
are made. We expedite through UPS (3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, Next
Day Air), Airborne Express, and the US Post Office.
UPS
Ground transit time from Atlanta is based on the UPS zone chart
below. This doesn't include the date of shipment; UPS starts the clock
the day after shipment. As a rule of thumb, transit time from Atlanta
to California is 8 days including the weekend, to New York is 3 days.
Delivery Charges
Our online catalog has
been integrated with the online UPS rate calculator. Delivery charges
are determined by the total weight of your order, and by the delivery
location. We’ve installed a utility that enables you to determine
the delivery charges for every item in our catalog. Find the item
you’re interested in, then look for this icon 
to determine delivery charges to your location:
Please note that delivery charges do not include import duties,
taxes or broker fees imposed by government customs and revenue agencies.
We have no control over the fees you may be charged, and we are
required by law to declare the value of each item you have purchased.
Before you select a premium shipping service
(such as UPS Next-Day Air, UPS 2nd-Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select),
the chart below will help you determine which level of service
you need. UPS operates Monday through Friday. Weekends
and holidays are not included in the delivery calculation.
UPS does not count the date of pickup as day one. Day one begins
the day after pickup.
We normally ship within 48 hours from the time of purchase. A
